OMS Architecture hosted the 2017 AIA Ohio Valley Regional Conference reception for the University of Kentucky College of Design. Lori Matthews, Director of Philanthropy at UK, invited all UK alum to join. Stenz Construction gave us access to the best view in the city from the rooftop deck at 429 Penn. Monrovia High School is getting a makeover. A 31,000-square foot performing arts center will be ready in spring of 2018. OMS and The Korte Company are designing the 600-seat facility. Young Adult Seating Section Hayworth Hoop Table Hayworth Hello Chairs The Avon Public Library’s previous teen/young adult area was outdated, small, and difficult to find in the existing library. The OMS team had a vision to create a vibrant, flexible, and collaborative teen environment. To achieve this goal, the renovation included new Hayworth “hello” mobile.

The OMS team is proud to announce that the renovation project for the Avon Public Library is complete.
