The last few weeks have gone well.  Merritt Contracting is continuing to push the concrete work.  We are scheduling pours for areas A and E daily and pouring every day the weather allows.  Area E 1st and second floor are complete and Area A 2nd floor will be poured tomorrow with the 1st floor to follow Friday or Saturday as weather permits.

Work in the crawl space is progressing with a majority of the large duct work delivered and in place or being installed.  DEEM is continuing to push forward with the new chilled water system.  The 1st of the two new cooling towers has been installed and the new chiller plant was delivered and installed yesterday. Piping in  the boiler room and the crawl space is progressing as all MEP contractors are gearing up to begin interior and overhead rough-ins in the next three weeks.

Gaylor has completed most of their feeder conduits to the new areas.  They are continuing with temporary service lighting and layout for the new work.

Merit Management has the north stairwell block laid and are currently working to complete the Glenmark has mobilized and is beginning the work of exterior framing
and sheathing.  On area E at the administrative area.

Lenex Steel is almost complete with the detailing of the first 3 sequences of steel and they are on schedule to have the community room delivered by the 12th of March.

All contractors continue to coordinate well and the project is progressing as planned.
