SPRINGFIELD, ILL. – SEPTEMBER 18, 2012 – Simon Property Group awarded Odle McGuire Shook (OMS) with another project for renovation of an existing storefront for new tenant “Five Below” – a retailer catering to preteens and teens.  Located within White Oaks Plaza in Springfield, Illinois, the facade renovation design drawings will be completed within 30 days for an early 2013 store opening.
