Odle McGuire Shook was a proud sponsor of the Indiana Landmarks Farm-to-Fork Feast at Oliver Winery’s 75 acre Creekbend Vineyard which took place this past Saturday evening, August 3rd from 5-8pm. As we reported earlier this summer, OMS is working on two major projects for North Vermillion School Corporation. Our work on both the elementary school and high school is progressing on schedule. The contractor on the elementary is CDI, Inc. The extensive interior renovations and a new roof at the elementary school are looking great..

Last Wednesday, July 17th, OMS participated in the official groundbreaking ceremony for the new Old National Bank, which will be located at 2312 Charles St, Anderson, IN. The branch will open in November. OMS is pleased to be partnering with Old National Bank and the developer, Hokanson on this project. Special thanks to the Madison.

Odle McGuire Shook has been hired by the Town of Monon to conduct a comprehensive planning study, and we are gearing up for a successful project. Ben Rawlins, OMS Landscape Architect, will be leading the OMS team to work closely with the Town of Monon City Council Members to identify and document many important aspects.
