The crowd of mainly interior designers and manufacturer’s reps were shoulder to shoulder at Sensu. All 19 entries were wonderful and expressed amazing imagination and creativity.  There were four award categories.

Odle McGuire Shook: Quieting the Library

BATESVILLE, IND. – MAY 4, 2012  – JEN FLEGEL – The Batesville Memorial Public Library commissioned Odle McGuire Shook (OMS) to find solutions to reduce the high reverberation time in an Annex space used for various activities, including crafts and meetings/presentations. The 30’x20’ Annex room currently has a reverberation time of between 2.5 and 3.0 seconds, meaning the time it takes.

Although it was not specifically meant for designers, it was beneficial.

BROWNSBURG, IND. – APRIL 30, 2012 – Odle McGuire Shook (OMS) has just completed the design for updated street lighting along Northfield Drive to replace existing dated street lights with new ornamental taller fixtures that match the newer lights used on a previous project along Northfield Drive.  The new light poles provide more clearance for vehicular.
