At a conference I recently attended, I was asked this question. The answer is that I lately, I have been following the work of Architect Marlon Blackwell, FAIA in an effort to get more familiar with his design philosophy and approach which illustrates the necessity of being responsive to environmental factors, the specificities of site, and sustainable design.

Design, Sustainability, and Practice are not only key components of the architecture industry, but also were the key focus of the 2013 American Institute of Architects (AIA) Ohio Valley Region Convention.
